2. How we collect information
- Directly from you when you create an account, use the App, submit information, use opportunity or referral links, contact support, or request account deletion.
- Automatically through the operation of the App and our service providers, such as crash, diagnostics, analytics, and, if enabled in your version of the App, session replay or similar troubleshooting tools.
- From third-party opportunity, affiliate, referral, or attribution partners when they send us link, campaign, referral, conversion, or similar performance information.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and personalize the App, including plan generation, saving data, syncing, and organizing goals into internal categories, tags, and other derived metadata.
- Authenticate accounts, maintain guest sessions, and prevent unauthorized access.
- Operate opportunity links, measure referral or affiliate performance, attribute visits or conversions, and improve the opportunity feed.
- Provide customer support and respond to feedback, legal notices, and account deletion requests.
- Improve and secure the App, including debugging, analytics, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, abuse monitoring, service optimization, and evaluating aggregate or de-identified relationships among goal types, optional demographic profile details, financial input ranges, engagement, retention, plan completion, and opportunity or referral behavior.
- If enabled in your version of the App, capture, review, and analyze session replay or similar troubleshooting records to diagnose crashes, investigate support issues, understand product friction, improve usability, and help detect abuse or technical failures.
- Develop, test, train, refine, and validate internal product logic, ranking, recommendation, tagging, forecasting, reporting, and similar operational features using raw inputs and derived metadata, including in aggregated, de-identified, pseudonymous, or statistical form.

- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights, Terms, and policies.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers and processors that help us operate the App, such as providers of authentication, cloud hosting, infrastructure, databases, storage, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, referral or affiliate management, email, communications, customer support, security, advertising measurement, and similar operational services. These providers may process information on our behalf, and the specific providers we use may change over time as the App and our Services evolve.
- Attribution, advertising, affiliate, and referral partners if advertising measurement, campaign optimization, referral attribution, or similar features are enabled in your version of the App. Subject to your device permissions, platform rules, and applicable law, this may include limited device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app events, link clicks, source or campaign information, conversion information, and related measurement metadata used to understand which opportunities and campaigns are working, measure referral value, prevent fraud, and improve future marketing campaigns.
- App stores and platform operators such as Apple and Google in connection with app distribution, platform compliance, diagnostics, and safety.
- Legal, safety, and compliance recipients when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our rights, detect or prevent fraud or security issues, or protect the rights, property, and safety of users, third parties, or the public.
- Business transferees in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
5. Advertising measurement and tracking choices
We do not sell personal information for money. Wantoo does not charge users, but we may earn referral or affiliate compensation when users visit or complete actions with third-party opportunity providers. If advertising attribution, advertising measurement, referral attribution, retargeting, or campaign optimization features are enabled in your version of the App, we may share limited information with attribution providers, advertising partners, affiliate partners, or referral partners as described above. Where Apple App Tracking Transparency, Google Play policies, U.S. state privacy laws, or other applicable rules require notice, consent, or opt-out rights, we will provide the required controls. You can control tracking permissions through your device settings, and choosing not to allow tracking will not prevent you from using the App.
6. External links and third parties
The App may link to third-party websites, apps, or opportunity providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and policies, not this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
If you follow a third-party opportunity link, that third party may impose its own minimum age or other eligibility rules and will handle any information the user provides under its own privacy notice. These links may include affiliate, referral, campaign, or tracking identifiers, and the third party may report limited attribution or conversion information back to us.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the App, maintain account records, operate referral or affiliate attribution, support users, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, and comply with law.
- Account data: generally retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period after deletion or inactivity.
- Support and legal records: may be retained longer where needed for compliance, disputes, or security.
- Backups: deleted information may persist in encrypted or access-restricted backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
8. Your choices and rights
- Account information: You may update certain account information within the App.
- Optional profile details: You may choose not to provide optional demographic profile details. If you provide them, we may use them to operate, personalize, support, secure, analyze, and improve the App in aggregate, de-identified, pseudonymous, or statistical form.
- Marketing messages: You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
- Device permissions: You may control certain device permissions through your device settings.
- Tracking and advertising choices: If tracking permission or targeted advertising choices are available in your version of the App or required in your region, you may manage them through the App, your device settings, or the privacy request methods described below.
- Diagnostics and replay features: Certain diagnostics, analytics, or replay-related features may be enabled, disabled, limited, or configured differently depending on your app version, device, region, legal requirements, or our operational needs. Where applicable law requires notice, consent, or additional controls for a particular form of collection, we will provide them.
- Account deletion: If you created an account, you may request deletion from within the App, through our web deletion request page, or by contacting us.
9. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information we maintain about you. You may also have the right to appeal a denial of your request and, where applicable, to opt out of certain types of data sales, sharing, or targeted advertising.
To exercise a privacy request, contact us at support@wantoo.app. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights granted by applicable privacy law.
10. Account deletion requests
If you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, backup, or other permitted purposes. Deleting your account may permanently remove your saved plans, logs, favorites, and other content that is not recoverable after deletion.
11. Children’s privacy and minimum age
The App is not directed to or intended for children under 13. We also do not permit persons under 18 to create accounts, use the App, or provide personal information through the App.
If we become aware, or reasonably believe, that a person under 18 has accessed the App or provided personal information to us, we may take any steps we consider appropriate, including refusing service, suspending or terminating access, deleting the account and associated content, and deleting or de-identifying related personal information, except to the extent we need to retain limited information for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, or other permitted purposes.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a person under 18 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request and take action consistent with applicable law.
Third-party opportunity providers may apply their own age thresholds, privacy notices, and eligibility standards. Even for adult users, those third-party standards may be stricter or otherwise different from Wantoo’s.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet and no storage system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. International processing
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your jurisdiction.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, service providers, or the features and functionality of the App.
Unless otherwise stated, changes become effective when this Privacy Policy is posted or otherwise made available to you, and the “Effective” date above shows when this Privacy Policy was last updated.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice by reasonable means, such as in the App, by email, or by other appropriate means. If applicable law requires us to provide a different form of notice or obtain your consent for a particular change, we will do so.
